  • British Gymnastics Teachers Intermediate Gymnastics award
  • 1st 4 Sport Level 3 Award in Supporting the delivery of Dance in PE and School Sport
  • Level 5 in PE specialism (Senior Coaching staff)
  • L3 Diploma in Health and Wellbeing Improvement – Supporting Behaviour Change in Professional Practice
  • Mental Health Awareness for Sport and Physical Activity
  • Mental Health First Aider Certificate (2 days)
  • CPD in gymnastics
  • Child protection and Safeguarding trained
  • SEMH emotional development training programme
  • Marathon Kids
  • All staff are quality assured internally and externally by partner companies with scheduled observations or on the spot site checks. 
  • Work in partnership with external training providers to maintain and enhance qualifications.
  • Upskilled termly by external companies – ask to find out more. 
  • Two mornings a month ALL staff are off Curriculum, this is where we use internal CPD for consistent quality for delivery and share good practise.
